we're here for you.
We're Centre 33. We support young people aged up to 25 in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
We believe young people should be listened to and respected. Our support is free and confidential - we're here for you when you need us.

how we can help
MENTAL HEALTH
We provide a safe, free and confidential space to talk about what's on your mind. Drop in to see us (no appointment needed), explore our guided self-help pages or talk to our counselling team.

PRACTICAL ISSUES
From housing to sexual health, we give you information and support to help you find ways to deal with the problems you're facing.

caring responsibilities
We support young carers and young adult carers under 25, helping you find ways to manage your caring role and find time to meet your own needs.

A NEW HUB FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN CAMBRIDGE
We've launched our Building Stronger Futures Appeal to create a new support hub for young people in Cambridge. It will be three times bigger than our Clarendon Street hub, meaning we'll be able to double the number of young people we help.

WELLBEING
TOOLKIT
From managing exam stress and anxiety to eating habits, our wellbeing toolkit is packed with helpful tips, videos and guides aimed at helping you manage your mental health.
