At Centre 33, we offer free, confidential support to young people up to the age of 25 with their mental health. Our services help you manage stress, anxiety, emotional wellbeing and more, in a non-judgemental space.
Whether it's through counselling, guided self-help or simply talking to someone who listens, we're here to support you. Reach out by visiting, calling or messaging us during opening hours. Your mental health matters, and we're here to help you feel heard and understood.

Mental health support at Centre 33
Sometimes, talking to someone who isn’t a parent, friend, or family member in a confidential and non-judgemental setting can help you manage the stresses and worries of everyday life.
Mental health affects how we think, feel and act, and it can impact how we make decisions, deal with stress and relate to ourselves and others.
Centre 33 provides free and confidential mental health support for young people aged 13 to 25 in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, helping you through challenges and supporting your emotional wellbeing.
There are several ways you can get support.
what support is available?
Drop-in sessions
You can access immediate support at one of our five drop-in hubs around Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
These sessions are confidential, free and do not require an appointment, offering you a safe space to talk about whatever is on your mind.
Counselling
Honour a loved one by setting up an online tribute page where friends and family can donate, share memories, and celebrate their life.

Guided self-help
For those looking to manage their mental health independently, we provide resources and advice to empower you to take care of your wellbeing.
You can also find many resources on our online Wellbeing Toolkit.
How to access support

Being a young carer can be tough. If you’re supporting someone at home, Centre 33 can help. Whether you need someone to talk to, advice on your rights, or help balancing your responsibilities, we’re here for you.

Practical support
At Centre 33, we support young people with money, work, housing, benefits, sexual health, caring responsibilities, mental health, and more. You can drop in and talk to us about anything - no problem is too big or too small.
