You can get support by contacting Centre 33 or coming along to one of our drop-ins. We encourage you to contact us at a time and in a way that works for you. You might need someone to sit with you when you make the call and that is OK with us.

When we are closed there are many helplines and services you can use to get support - you can find details of them below.

First Response Service

Ring NHS 111 – and press 9 and then select mental health option 2 (24/7, 365). A mental health professional can assess you and support you. This number is free to call.
