counselling
Counselling is a time and a space for you to feel heard and to be understood. It's a conversation with someone who really listens to you, takes what you say seriously and doesn’t judge you.
It might feel strange at first, talking about your feelings with someone you don’t know, but Centre 33 counsellors are trained to listen to young people with an open mind and let you take things at your own pace.

Counselling at Centre 33
When you have counselling at Centre 33, you will be introduced to a counsellor who will provide six sessions of 50 minutes at the same time each week.
This is a space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings with a trained professional who will be able to support you in a confidential and non-judgemental way.
If you are nervous about what counselling sessions might be like, our FAQs page might give you the answers you're looking for.
If you think counselling would help you, you can ask to be referred for sessions by coming to one of our drop-ins. Find your nearest hub here.
