Centre 33 supports young people aged 13 to 25 in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough with a variety of issues. We prioritise listening and offering a non-judgemental space where you can talk openly.

Whether you’re facing challenges with mental health, caring responsibilities, housing, sexual health, or money, we’re here to help. Our services are confidential, free and accessible, providing the support and guidance you need in a safe, welcoming environment.

We offer drop-in support to young people aged 13 to 25 across our hubs in Cambridge, Ely, Peterborough, Huntingdon and Wisbech. When you drop in to Centre 33, you’ll be offered a drink and a private space to chat with one of our workers. We will listen to you, and help you find ways to sort out the things that are worrying you.

We will help you sort through your housing needs. Whether you’re thinking of leaving home or facing homelessness, we can help look at your options.

At Centre 33, we’re here to support you if you are struggling to afford food. We can help you to get foodbank vouchers, and find out what other grants you may be able to apply for.

Sexual health

Sex and relationships can be complicated, and it’s normal to have questions or concerns. We offer free, confidential information on contraception and healthy relationships.

WHY get help?

no appointment needed

We offer drop-in support for young people aged 13 to 25. All of our services are free and you don't need an appointment. On occasion, you might have to wait until someone can talk with you.

it's confidential

All Centre 33 services are confidential. We won’t share anything outside the organisation, including with your parents, without your permission. We will not tell anyone that you are in contact with us, or what you tell us.

However, in exceptional circumstances, if we believe you or someone else is at serious risk, we may contact other services, but we will always try to tell you first.
