tell us what you think

At Centre 33 we believe that as young people, you have a right to be listened to, and to influence or make the decisions which affect your lives.

This means that we give you the opportunity to express your opinions about what we do, and that we are willing and able to take action and make changes as a result of what you say.

FEEDBACK

It is important to us that any young person who uses our services can tell us what you think, so that we can change and improve. We welcome your feedback and encourage you to complain if you are not happy.

We are also happy to receive feedback from anyone we interact with, including supporters, professionals and family members.

To give us feedback you can email us on hello@centre33.org.uk

complaints

Sometimes things haven’t gone well and you need to make negative feedback. We want to learn how to make your time at Centre 33 a positive one so please do get in touch.

To make a complaint, send us an e-mail telling us what happened and why you are not happy. You can send it to hello@centre33.org.uk.

confidential issues

To bring up any confidential worries or issues with the service you are receiving and the staff providing it, please email freedomtospeakup@centre33.org.uk in confidence.

This will be acted upon by a trustee of Centre 33 and they will be in touch with you to investigate your concerns in confidence.
