Young Carers Champions

We work closely with schools across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough to ensure that support is in place for young carers at your school. We are supporting schools to identify a Young Carers Champion, who is a member of staff at school who knows all of the young carers and is a link between young people, families and Centre 33.

The Young Carers Champion at your school will be able to ensure young carers' needs are being met in school and can refer them to Centre 33 or other organisations if further support is needed.
