WHAT WE DO

Schoolscounselling

We provide counselling in many secondary schools across Cambridge City and Cambridgeshire. Our service offers confidential, one-to-one therapeutic counselling for young people, delivered by trained counsellors during school hours.

what can a young person talk about?

We offer weekly counselling sessions in school settings, giving young people a safe, confidential space to explore what’s on their minds.

Young people come to us for many reasons, including:

• Feeling sad, anxious or overwhelmed

• Struggling with friendships or relationships

• Issues at home, such as family breakdown

• Not wanting to attend school

• Bullying (as a victim or participant)

• Low self-esteem

• Self-harm

• Bereavement, loss or separation

We're here to listen and help them find the right support.
